Job summary

Cera Care is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant to support clients in Worthing and surrounding areas. The role includes helping patients recently discharged from hospital with daily tasks, personal care and companionship, with a £250 joining bonus and travel compensation.

We offer both part-time and full-time positions across various local communities. Shifts run 7am–3pm or 3pm–10pm, and a driving licence with access to a vehicle is required.

Qualifications

• Female candidates with caring experience preferred.
• Driving licence and access to a vehicle required.
• Shifts include early and late hours; some weekend work may be required.
• DBS check required.
• Guaranteed hour contracts available.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care including continence support, washing and dressing.
• Manage medications and prepare hot meals.
• Provide companionship and reassurance to clients.
• Support with domestic tasks and mobility.
