You'll work flexible shifts, some weekends, with a block hourly rate that includes travel time and visits. A driving licence and access to a vehicle are required.

In this role you will support people who have recently left hospital following surgery or illness that require additional support whilst they recover. This is a vital care service that means people can leave hospital sooner and reduces pressure on the NHS.
We have work available across the area including Portsmouth, Havant, Hayling, Waterlooville, Emsworth, Petersfield, Gosport, Fareham, Cosham, Portchester, Tichfield, Whitley, Hedgeend and Wickham.
