Job summary

Cityscape Recruitment is recruiting for a Project Manager to lead a reinforced concrete frame and groundworks project in Peterborough. You will oversee the programme, manage site teams and subcontractors, and coordinate with the client to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with a strong focus on safety and quality.

The role requires experience in RC frame and civil projects, with a track record on projects up to £5m, and excellent client-facing and commercial skills.

Qualifications

• Previous experience leading reinforced concrete frame and civil projects.
• Proven delivery of projects up to £5m.
• Confident in managing programmes, site teams and subcontractors.
• Strong commercial awareness and client-facing skills.
• Engineering background would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of reinforced concrete frame and groundworks project in Peterborough.
• Oversee the programme and manage site teams and subcontractors.
• Coordinate with the client and ensure works are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
• Involved during pre-construction stage before delivery.
