Cityscape Recruitment seeks a Project Manager / Project Director for high-value RC frame and groundwork schemes in London. You will lead on programmes, budgets, and client relationships on £25m+ packages.

The role requires a civil engineering or construction management degree and a strong track record from site engineer to PM, with UK concrete frame background and proficiency in Asta Power Project and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Degree in civil engineering or construction management.
• 5–10+ years progression from site engineer to project management.
• Concrete frame construction background with UK experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Asta Power Project.

Responsibilities

• Oversee programme to budget for RC frame & groundwork packages.
• Organise, plan and execute multi-million-pound groundwork and RC frame works.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients.
• Lead project teams on site and drive delivery.
