Job summary

TRIBUILD SOLUTIONS LIMITED is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead reinforced concrete frame projects in Sussex. You will manage on-site teams, coordinate groundworks and ensure delivery on programme, within budget and to the required quality standards.

The role requires strong RC-frame knowledge, leadership, and excellent communication skills. A full UK driving licence is preferred, and salary is negotiable with competitive package.

Project Manager - RC Frame - Brighton

We are recruiting for an experienced Project Manager to join an established specialist contractor on projects in Brighton.

The successful Project Manager will take responsibility for delivering reinforced concrete frame and associated groundworks packages safely, on programme, within budget and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Managing reinforced concrete frame projects from start to completion
• Overseeing site teams, subcontractors, trades and labour
• Managing reinforcement, formwork and concrete operations
• Coordinating associated groundworks, drainage, foundations and basement works
• Monitoring project programmes, budgets and progress
• Managing health and safety across the project
• Liaising with clients, consultants, engineers and senior management
• Maintaining quality control and ensuring works meet drawings and specifications
• Producing progress reports and attending project meetings

Requirements

• Previous Project Manager experience within construction
• Strong RC-frame experience is essential
• Experience with groundworks, basements or structural projects is beneficial
• Strong technical knowledge of reinforced concrete construction
• Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills
• Relevant qualifications and site-management cards
• Full UK driving licence preferred

Salary and package are negotiable depending on experience.
