Job summary

TRIbuild Solutions Limited is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead RC frame projects and groundworks in Southampton. You will manage site teams, subcontractors and labour, ensuring programmes, budgets and quality targets are met.

The role requires strong RC-frame expertise, leadership and good communication, with relevant site-management qualifications and a full UK driving licence preferred. Salary and package are negotiable.

Qualifications

• Previous Project Manager experience within construction.
• Strong RC-frame experience is essential.
• Experience with groundworks, basements or structural projects is beneficial.
• Strong technical knowledge of reinforced concrete construction.
• Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• Relevant qualifications and site-management cards.
• Full UK driving licence preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage reinforced concrete frame projects from start to completion.
• Oversee site teams, subcontractors, trades and labour.
• Manage reinforcement, formwork and concrete operations.
• Coordinate associated groundworks, drainage, foundations and basement works.
• Monitor project programmes, budgets and progress.
• Manage health and safety across the project.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, engineers and senior management.
• Maintain quality control and ensure works meet drawings and specifications.
• Produce progress reports and attend project meetings.
