Job summary

TRIBUILD SOLUTIONS LIMITED seeks an experienced Project Manager for Bristol to lead reinforced concrete frame and groundworks packages, ensuring safety, schedule and quality on site.

You will oversee site teams, subcontractors and complex RC-frame operations, coordinating foundations, basements and drainage while maintaining client and consultant liaison and daily progress reporting.

Qualifications

• Must have previous project management experience in construction.
• Strong RC-frame experience is essential.
• Experience with groundworks, basements or structural projects desirable.
• Solid knowledge of reinforced concrete construction.
• Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• Relevant qualifications and site-management cards.
• Full UK driving licence preferred.

Project Manager - RC Frame - Bristol

We are recruiting for an experienced Project Manager to join an established specialist contractor on projects in Bristol.

The successful Project Manager will take responsibility for delivering reinforced concrete frame and associated groundworks packages safely, on programme, within budget and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities:

• Managing reinforced concrete frame projects from start to completion
• Overseeing site teams, subcontractors, trades and labour
• Managing reinforcement, formwork and concrete operations
• Coordinating associated groundworks, drainage, foundations and basement works
• Monitoring project programmes, budgets and progress
• Managing health and safety across the project
• Liaising with clients, consultants, engineers and senior management
• Maintaining quality control and ensuring works meet drawings and specifications
• Producing progress reports and attending project meetings

Requirements:

• Previous Project Manager experience within construction
• Strong RC-frame experience is essential
• Experience with groundworks, basements or structural projects is beneficial
• Strong technical knowledge of reinforced concrete construction
• Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills
• Relevant qualifications and site-management cards
• Full UK driving licence preferred
