RC Frame & Groundwork Packages - London is recruiting a Senior Project Manager / Project Director to lead RC frame and groundwork packages in London. Projects range up to £50m with the first assignment valued at £20m+.

You will own programme, budget, and client relationships, delivering multi-million-pound works on site. To apply, you should have a civil engineering or construction management degree and 5–10+ years from site engineer through to project management, with concrete frame experience.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified in civil engineering or construction management.
• Strong history from site engineer level through project management (5–10+ years).
• Concrete frame and groundwork experience with RC frames in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Oversee programme, budget and client relationships on multi-million-pound packages.
• Lead on-site delivery from planning through to execution and commissioning.
• Develop and manage projects up to £50m with first package around £20m+.
