Job summary

TRIBUILD SOLUTIONS LIMITED is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead reinforced concrete frame projects in Sussex. You will manage on-site teams, coordinate groundworks and ensure delivery on programme, within budget and to the required quality standards.

The role requires strong RC-frame knowledge, leadership, and excellent communication skills. A full UK driving licence is preferred, and salary is negotiable with competitive package.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing construction projects, with RC-frame focus.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Site-management qualifications and relevant cards.

Responsibilities

• Managing reinforced concrete frame projects from start to completion
• Overseeing site teams, subcontractors, trades and labour
• Coordinating reinforcement, formwork and concrete operations
• Coordinating groundworks, drainage, foundations and basement works
• Monitoring programmes, budgets and progress
• Maintaining health and safety across the project
• Liaising with clients, consultants, engineers and senior management
• Producing progress reports and attending project meetings
