Job summary

Cityscape Recruitment is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a major reinforced concrete frame project in Central London. You will oversee the programme, manage site teams and subcontractors, coordinate with the client and ensure the works are delivered safely, on time and within budget.

The role requires strong leadership of high-rise RC structures, experience with slipform packages, and a track record on £15m+ projects. Excellent client-facing and commercial awareness are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience leading reinforced concrete frame projects in London.
• Proven ability to deliver high-rise concrete structures.
• Knowledge of slipform construction and complex basements is desirable.
• Experience managing multi-million pound projects and coordinating teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee programme and delivery of a major RC frame project in Central London.
• Lead site teams and subcontractors, ensuring safety and quality.
