Ryan is seeking a Specialist, Relief & Exemption to identify rate reduction opportunities for commercial properties. You will research occupancy, assess eligibility, and assemble evidence-rich case files for the sales team to engage clients with precision.

Role requires strong numeracy, high accuracy, and Excel fluency. You will input and analyze data, maintain records, and communicate clear case summaries within a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct extensive online research to assess eligibility of business premises for rate reductions, reliefs, or rebates.
• Investigate occupancy status and build profiles of current and historic occupants across sectors (retail, industrial, office).
• Compile comprehensive, accurate case files for the sales team to engage prospects with informed insights.
• Input, interpret, and manipulate property data using Excel and internal tools.
• Maintain clean, organised records of research findings, source trails, and case status updates.
• Spot patterns, inconsistencies, or indicators of potential recovery opportunities.
