Job summary

Ryan LLC is seeking an Associate in Property Tax Operations to coordinate and book surveyor inspections for existing commercial clients across the UK. You will manage surveyors' diaries, coordinate appointments, and ensure documentation supports the surveying team.

You will work in a hybrid environment, engage with clients and internal stakeholders, and use MS Office to maintain accurate records. Training is provided, and the role requires strong organisation and communication skills to meet

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 GCSEs A*-C or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to explain complex information clearly.
• Previous experience building client relationships is preferred.
• Ability to multitask and meet strict deadlines.
• Excellent relationship-building skills.
• Proactive, organised approach to work.

Responsibilities

• Proactively book surveyor inspections for existing commercial clients by telephone and email.
• Manage multiple surveyors’ diaries, organise appointments geographically to maximise productivity.
• Collect relevant documents from clients to support service delivery and maintain records.
• Gather client health and safety requirements and update spreadsheets and records.
• Communicate with clients and surveyors to provide high standards of service.
• Manage client expectations and respond to queries about inspection processes and timescales.
