Job summary

Ryan is seeking an Executive, Surveyor Allocations to coordinate property inspections for existing commercial clients. You will manage surveyors’ diaries, coordinate appointments UK-wide, and ensure documentation is prepared for the surveying team.

The role demands excellent organisational and communication skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Full training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 A*-C GCSEs, or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to explain complex information clearly and concisely.
• Previous experience building and maintaining client relationships is preferred.
• Ability to multitask and meet strict deadlines.
• Excellent relationship-building skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Proactive, positive, and organised approach to work.

Responsibilities

• Proactively book surveyor inspections for existing commercial clients by telephone and email.
• Manage multiple surveyors’ diaries, ensuring appointments are organised geographically to maximise productivity.
• Collect relevant supporting documentation from clients to support the delivery of services and maintain accurate client records.
• Gather client health and safety requirements for surveyors and update spreadsheets and internal records.
• Communicate with clients and surveyors, both verbally and in writing, providing a high standard of client service.
• Manage client expectations and respond to initial queries, ensuring clients understand the inspection process and timescales.
• Build and maintain positive working relationships with clients, surveyors, and internal stakeholders.
• Support client retention matters, liaising with the Surveying team and other departments to achieve the best outcome.
