Responsibilities

• Case Development & Research: Conduct online research to assess eligibility for rate reductions, reliefs, or rebates.
• Investigate occupancy status and profile current/historic occupants across sectors.
• Compile comprehensive, accurate case files for the sales team with high-quality insights.
• Data Handling & Reporting: Input, interpret, and manipulate property/business data using Excel and internal tools.
• Maintain clean records of research findings, source trails and case status updates.
• Spot patterns or indicators of potential recovery opportunities.
