Job summary

St Catherine's Hospice in the Data and Insight Team within the Income Generation & Marketing directorate seeks an experienced CRM Data Analyst to keep the CRM (Raiser's Edge) fit for fundraising. You will train users, manage data, run imports and selections, and translate campaign insight into action.

The role is full-time on weekday days with a mix of home working and regular onsite attendance; hands-on database experience and GDPR knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• GCSE grade C or above in English and Maths, or equivalent.
• In-depth experience of a contacts database such as Raiser's Edge or a similar CRM.
• Experience of capturing Gift Aid, supporter preferences and suppressions.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Access.
• Understanding of Data Protection legislation and GDPR as they relate to fundraising.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the CRM database meets the needs of the department.
• Deliver user training on the CRM.
• Manage data, including selections, analysis, segmentation and imports.
• Evaluate campaigns and supporter journeys with the Fundraising and Partnerships teams.
• Turn insight into action to shape fundraising activity and maximise income.
• Champion best practice in data use.
• Help embed data-led decision making across the department.
• Suggest process and system improvements and efficiencies.
• Produce marketing and fundraising campaign selections.
• Report on income and expenditure.
• Maintain and update the contacts database.
