Job summary

St Catherine’s Hospice is seeking a proactive Data & Insight professional to manage our CRM (Raiser's Edge or similar). You will work with the Fundraising and Partnerships teams to evaluate campaigns, train users, and improve data processes, turning insights into actions that maximise income.

The role focuses on data governance, accuracy, and data-led decision making to drive fundraising activity across West Sussex and East Surrey. Hybrid working with regular onsite attendance.

Qualifications

• Experience with Raiser’s Edge or similar CRM
• Strong data analysis and interpretation skills
• Proven ability to manage and improve data processes

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Fundraising and Partnerships teams to evaluate campaigns
• Turn insights into actions to improve donor journeys
• Train users and document data processes and improvements
• Ensure high accuracy and data quality across the CRM
