Job summary

Ferrovial Construction is seeking an Engineering Manager to provide leadership for the HS2 Track Infrastructure Project. The role involves coordinating design delivery, managing multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring compliance with HS2 requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a chartered engineering background, extensive experience in major infrastructure projects, and strong leadership and communication skills. The position is available in Birmingham or London.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in major infrastructure projects, including senior design or engineering coordination roles.
• Strong track record in major rail programmes is highly desirable.
• Experience operating under NEC contracts.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior technical leadership for Track Systems scope.
• Coordinate day-to-day design delivery with multiple teams.
• Monitor performance and outputs of Designers and specialist design subcontractors.
