Job summary

WSP Global Inc. is seeking a Systems Engineering & Integration Consultant/Senior Consultant for rail in the UK. You will support project teams to solve complex integration problems on major infrastructure programmes and take on leadership roles within projects.

You will mentor early career professionals, define project approaches, apply MBSE and DOORS, and deliver value while reducing risk in a consultancy environment.

Qualifications

Post degree experience delivering systems integration in a rail environment.
Experience with systems engineering tools (e.g. DOORS) and MBSE.
Ability to identify and define the appropriate SE approach on projects.
Experience in leading others in delivering SE projects or tasks.
Client facing experience and stakeholder engagement across lifecycle stages.

Responsibilities

Support project teams to solve complex integration problems for major infrastructure programmes.
Lead tasks within a project environment or manage small projects with accountability.
Mentor Early Career Professionals and develop project capabilities.
Define project approaches, apply SE tools, and reduce risk for clients.
Develop commercial awareness while working in a consultancy context.

Education

Degree in a relevant engineering discipline

Chartered status or near-term path to Chartered status
