Job summary

WSP in the UK & Ireland is seeking a Systems Engineering & Integration professional to support major infrastructure programmes. You will work with project teams to solve complex integration challenges and mentor early career colleagues within a collaborative, client-facing environment.

You will help define project scopes, apply MBSE tools, and contribute to reducing risk while delivering value on diverse rail systems projects across the UK and Ireland.

Qualifications

• A degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
• Chartered status with a relevant professional body, or ability to achieve Chartered status in the near future.
• Post-degree experience in delivering systems integration in a rail environment.
• Experience in applying systems engineering tools (e.g. DOORS) and MBSE techniques.

Responsibilities

• Supporting project teams to solve complex integration problems for clients on major infrastructure programmes.
• Leading tasks within a project environment, guiding other resources on larger projects, or taking sole accountability for smaller projects.
• Mentoring Early Career Professionals and promoting knowledge sharing.
• Applying pragmatic systems thinking to define projects, add value, and reduce risk for clients.
