Job summary

EKFB is seeking a Rail Systems Coordinator to join the Routewide team in Milton Keynes. You will lead interfaces for Rail Systems and NTSN, chair integration and design review meetings, and capture decisions in contractual terms.

You will manage action trackers and coordinate with client teams, design, construction and assurance groups to resolve Rail Systems issues. You will also oversee interface control documents during design close-out and support approval body reviews for NTSN, ensuring

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in Engineering, Project Management or related field.
• Experience in design coordination/management; HS2 experience desirable.
• Experience in infrastructure or civil projects; major project environment preferred.
• Familiarity with Rail Systems and NTSN disciplines.
• Understanding of NEC contract mechanisms and change events.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Office and project collaboration tools (SharePoint, Smart Connect).
• Experience with assurance processes and document control.
• Driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead stakeholder interfaces for Rail Systems and NTSN, chairing key meetings and documenting decisions.
• Maintain action trackers and issue logs with timely resolutions.
• Collaborate with client teams, design, construction and assurance groups for Rail Systems/NTSN concerns.
• Draft and manage technical queries and contractual communications; handle early warnings and change events.
• Support the production and maintenance of interface management plans and ensure assurance processes are followed.
