Job summary

Tended is seeking an Implementation Lead to bridge our rail safety tech with on-site teams across the Sussex region. You’ll lead deployments, coach users, and build quick trust with clients while ensuring safe, effective use of geofencing hardware.

This field-based role requires knowledge of rail environments, strong communication, and flexibility for night or weekend shifts, with travel and on-site presence three days a week.

Qualifications

• Experience as ES/ESA/COSS/Site Agent or similar on-site leadership role in rail or related industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to influence site teams and users.
• Comfort with technology and ability to learn product deeply for on-site coaching.
• Detail-oriented with ability to follow established processes and procedures.
• Proactive, able to identify and fix problems and improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead key client deployments on the ground, in collaboration with project managers.
• Build strong relationships quickly and provide on-site coaching and support to users.
• Develop deep product knowledge to help users navigate day-to-day challenges and drive adoption.
• Travel across the Sussex region to sites; regular depot/on-site presence required.
• Support field-based safety goals and feedback into product improvement.
