Qualifications

• Rail industry experience and PTS certification (or ability to obtain)

• Strong stakeholder management and commercial acumen

Responsibilities

• Direct multi-project portfolios with clarity, pace, and strategic structure for high-priority rail initiatives
• Partner with C-Suite and senior stakeholders to shape outcomes and long-term relationships
• Embed digital delivery tools, drive continuous improvement, and apply operational insights to future rail programs
• Navigate complex challenges, remove roadblocks, and champion new ways of working across the rail sector
