Job summary

Tended in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead safety deployments of our geofencing technology on client sites. You will plan, coordinate, and deliver training to rail-industry users, ensuring on-time, high-quality outcomes.

You will manage risks, dependencies, and reporting, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and travel to client sites as needed. Weekend/bank holiday work and a full driving licence are required.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in project management disciplines: planning, risks, dependencies, issues, timelines, scope, deliverables and quality.
• Experience delivering training to end users, ensuring they are confident with new technologies.
• Initiative to identify and fix problems, thinking creatively to improve processes.
• Experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project.
• Willingness to work weekends, bank holidays and/or overnight to support deployments.
• Strong organisational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Valid driving licence required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate the project, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with company objectives.
• Deliver hands-on training to client users.
• Plan and schedule project work, organise and deliver client training.
• Produce clear written updates and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
