Job summary

Tended in the UK is seeking an Implementation Lead with on-site railway experience to guide client teams in adopting our geofencing safety kit across the Sussex region. You will lead deployments on the ground, work closely with project managers to deliver a high level of service, and coach users so they become confident with the system.

A driving licence and willingness to travel are essential. This field-based role requires proactive, people-focused communication and the ability to translate

Qualifications

• Experience as ES/ESA/COSS/Site Agent or comparable on-site leadership within railway or related industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to influence site teams and users.
• Comfortable with technology and able to coach users on products on site.
• Detail-oriented and able to follow established processes with accuracy.
• Proactive with the ability to identify and fix problems and suggest improvements.

Responsibilities

• Bridge between Tended and clients, guiding their teams to use the kit on-site.
• Lead client deployments on the ground with project managers to deliver excellent service.
• Build quick trust through first-class communication and strong relationships.
• Develop deep product understanding to coach users and feed improvements back to the team.
• This is a field-based role requiring regular travel and on-site presence across Sussex region.
