Job summary

Tended is hiring an Implementation Lead to bridge between the company and client teams on rail safety deployments across Sussex. You will guide onsite adoption of our geofencing safety kit, coach users, and feed feedback to the product team.

The role requires field-based work, strong collaboration with project managers, and the ability to manage varied shifts and travel. You will engage with track workers and site managers, ensuring effective use of the technology while maintaining safety and

Qualifications

• Experience as ES, ESA, COSS, Site Agent, or comparable on-site leadership role within railway or related industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for influencing site teams and users.
• Comfortable with technology and able to provide on-site coaching and support.

Responsibilities

• Lead client deployments on the ground in Sussex region.
• Build quick trust through strong communication with clients and project managers.
• Coach users to become confident with the safety kit and provide feedback for product improvements.
• Work across night and day shifts, including weekends and bank holidays, with travel to client sites.
