Job summary

WSP in the UK & Ireland is looking for enthusiastic Engineering Managers to drive the technical delivery of diverse rail engineering projects across the UK and internationally. This role involves leading multi-disciplinary teams and managing client relationships to deliver successful outcomes.

Successful candidates should have a strong background in railway engineering design and project lifecycle management. A hybrid working model is offered, with flexibility to work from home two days a week.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of delivering multi-disciplinary projects as an Engineering Manager.
• Experience in railway engineering design and full project lifecycle.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and teams effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate technical teams for various rail engineering projects.
• Manage client and stakeholder relationships to meet project goals.
• Instill a strong health and safety culture within the team.
