The Medium Term Project Planner role at BAM Nuttall Ltd supports the Ferrovial BAM Rail joint venture, delivering medium-term design and construction programmes (6–12 weeks) using P6 and Aphex for short-term planning.

The position sits in the ADT alliance with RSA engineering, construction, and commercial teams and starts at the HS2 project team office near Euston before rotating to Buckinghamshire offices later.

Qualifications

• Experience in planning and project controls in construction or infrastructure.
• Proven knowledge of P6 for medium term planning.
• Experience using Aphex for short term and collaborative planning.
• Strong understanding of rail systems sequencing and design delivery processes.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multi disciplinary teams.
• Competent user of Microsoft Excel and other reporting tools.

Responsabilités

• Develop, maintain and update the medium term programme monthly.
• Chair the monthly progress review and programme update meeting.
• Publish weekly Aphex outputs, dashboards, and reports.
• Ensure planning data aligns across Aphex, P6 and reporting cycles.
• Identify, manage, and escalate planning constraints and interfaces.
• Facilitate weekly collaborative planning sessions with ADT teams.
• Maintain alignment between P6, Aphex and reporting systems.
• Ensure updates are completed regularly and timely within the weekly reporting cycle.
