Job summary

Ferrovial BAM JV is recruiting a Construction Manager (Railheads & Track Installation) based in Birmingham, with full-time attendance required at the JV offices and along the route. You will lead Agent-level teams, drive planning and resource coordination, monitor safety, quality and schedule performance, and manage interfaces with railheads, logistics, designers and subcontractors.

Experience delivering major rail infrastructure and strong leadership are essential; familiarity with NEC

Qualifications

Must have proven experience delivering major rail infrastructure or complex civil engineering projects.
Experience leading multiple construction teams and subcontractors.
Strong programme, productivity and construction performance management experience.
Good commercial and contractual awareness, including NEC contracts.
Experience in railheads, logistics, slab and conventional track, and S&C installation.

Responsibilities

Lead Agent-level teams across multiple work fronts and construction disciplines.
Drive short and medium-term delivery planning, ensuring labour, plant, materials and access are in place.
Monitor productivity and implement improvements to support project delivery objectives.
