Blue Oak Recruitment is seeking a Technical Sales Manager – Rail/OLE to own and grow key accounts across the UK rail sector. You will combine technical expertise on Overhead Line Equipment with a proactive sales approach.

This home-based role requires frequent travel to meet contractors, consultants and engineering teams, support tenders and quotations, and develop project specifications from initial concept through to delivery.

Qualifications

• Good understanding of OLE systems and components
• Familiarity with Network Rail drawings and design ranges
• Established network within UK rail industry (advantage)
• Willingness to travel UK-wide

Responsabilités

• Develop new business opportunities and grow accounts in rail sector
• Build relationships with contractors, consultants and designers
• Use technical knowledge of OLE to advise customers and propose solutions
• Support tenders, quotations, and project specifications
• Coordinate with engineering and operations teams to meet requirements
• Identify upcoming projects and opportunities for growth
• Represent the business at meetings and industry events
