Job summary

Siemens Mobility is seeking a Training & Development Specialist to design, develop, and deliver technical training across Networks and Communications Infrastructure Systems. You will update training materials, including e-learning, and tailor learning solutions for internal and external clients.

You will collaborate with multiple teams to identify training needs, develop content, and support new technology training strategies while ensuring safety, quality and continuous improvement in training

Qualifications

• Having a HNC in a STEM discipline, or equivalent industrial or engineering experience.
• Developing technical training materials, strategies and teaching / mentoring others.
• Having excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Great organisation and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently and in virtual teams.
• Installing and Jointing Cables (Copper or Fibre)
• Experience with video processing and transmission systems

Responsibilities

• Designing, developing and delivering technical training for Siemens Rail Infrastructure and other areas within Siemens Mobility
• Creating and updating course material, including e-learning content, to ensure alignment with new technologies and customer needs.
• Collaborating with internal teams and external customers to identify training requirements and deliver tailored learning solutions.
• Supporting the senior trainers with the developed of responses to project bids
• Championing safety, quality and continuous improvement across all aspects of training delivery and development.
