Job summary

Siemens Mobility in the United Kingdom is seeking a Training & Development Specialist to design, develop and deliver training for Networks & Telecoms within the Rail Infrastructure team. You will create and update course content, including e-learning, and work with internal and external customers to tailor learning solutions.

You will liaise with senior trainers and departments to stay current with new technologies, develop training strategies, and support bids.

Qualifications

• Design, develop and deliver technical training for Networks & Telecoms.
• Create and update course materials including e-learning content.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external customers to tailor learning solutions.
• Support senior trainers with responses to project bids.
• Champion safety, quality and continuous improvement in training delivery.

Responsibilities

• Deliver training material and support planning/implementation of product training for clients.
• Liaise with seniors and departments to stay up-to-date with new technology and training strategy.
• Travel across the UK with overnight stays to deliver training.
• Develop training materials and strategies for various tech areas as needed.
