Job summary

Siemens Mobility in the UK is seeking a Training & Development Specialist with Networks & Telecoms experience to deliver and update training material for our Networks and CIS infrastructure within Rail.

You will liaise with senior trainers and departments to keep training aligned with new technology, plan and implement product training for internal and external clients, and travel frequently across the UK with overnight stays.

Qualifications

HNC in STEM or equivalent industrial/engineering experience.
Develop technical training materials and strategies.
Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

Designing, developing and delivering technical training for Siemens Rail Infrastructure and related areas.
Creating and updating course material, including e-learning content, for new technologies and customer needs.
Collaborating with internal teams and external customers to identify training requirements and tailored learning solutions.
Supporting senior trainers with responses to project bids.
Championing safety, quality and continuous improvement in training delivery.
