Job summary

WSP in the UK & Ireland is seeking an Associate Director MEP (Rail) to lead a Rail stations MEP design team on major projects, supporting design through concept to detail stages and client engagement.

You will work within a large multi-disciplinary Rail consultancy, contributing to high-profile networks including HS2, Network Rail, and TfL, while promoting collaboration across global expertise and sustainable design practices.

Qualifications

• Experience leading MEP building services design in Rail during Design and Construction.
• Knowledge of HS2, Network Rail and/or London Underground standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead Rail stations M&E design team for major projects.
• Coordinate M&E design with Client/Contractors.
• Act as focal point between Client Team and WSP Design team.
• Collaborate with M&E design to resolve design issues.
• Ensure compliance with Building Regulations and Net Zero design goals.
