Job summary

WSP in the UK & Ireland is seeking a rail design professional to lead multidiscipline station design and assurance submissions. You will coordinate internal teams and external sub-consultants to deliver high‑quality design outputs.

You will plan, forecast and manage design activities, prepare technical proposals, and ensure effective coordination across interfaces to support landmark rail projects. Join our global team focused on innovation and impact.

Qualifications

• Working toward chartership membership of a relevant engineering Institution.
• Experience of design management on rail station projects within multidiscipline teams.
• Experience of technical coordination and interface management.

Responsibilities

• Delivery of multidiscipline station design and assurance submissions.
• Documentation of design scope, requirements, and outputs.
• Planning and forecasting for design activities.
• Delivery of technical proposals for projects.
• Allocation of design, coordination and assurance responsibilities.
• Coordination of design requirements across internal and external stakeholders.
