Job summary

WSP in the UK & Ireland is seeking an Associate Director MEP (Rail) to lead teams delivering Rail MEP Building Services for major railway projects. You will oversee Concept to RIBA 4 / GRIP 5 stages, engage with clients and coordinate with internal design teams.

The Stations team, part of WSP’s Rail business, includes over 100 engineers and works on high-profile projects for Network Rail, HS2, TfL and more.

Qualifications

• Chartered Engineer qualifications with UK Engineering Institution.
• Experience leading MEP building services design in Rail environments during design and construction.
• Knowledge of HS2, Network Rail and/or London Underground standards.
• Experience collaborating with clients/contractors during design stages.

Responsibilities

• Lead Rail stations M&E design team.
• Liaise M&E design with Client and Contractors.
• Coordinate between Client Team and the WSP Design Team.
• Resolve design issues with M&E design team.
• Deliver design for Railway projects from concept to construction.
