WSP is seeking a high-calibre Associate/Associate Director to lead Public Health design for Rail Stations MEP teams. You will manage a 15+ engineers UK/overseas, oversee PH and Fire systems design reviews, and provide site support where needed.

You’ll drive technical leadership, ensure compliance with standards, and guide delivery across multiple projects. You will engage with clients, review outputs, mentor the team, and ensure programmes are met, while leveraging Bentley Microstation, RevitMEP

Qualifikationen

• Proven technical leadership and team management experience.
• Strong track record delivering PH and Fire systems design on major projects, preferably Rail/stations.
• Good attention to detail with pride in work produced.
• In-depth understanding of building regulations and British Standards.
• Experience with 3D design tools such as Bentley Microstation, RevitMEP or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD for work direction on projects.

Aufgaben

• Provide technical leadership and guidance to the PH/Fire systems team (~15 engineers).
• Lead design reviews and ensure on-site design support where needed.
• Review and produce detailed performance specifications for discipline.
• Ensure PH design complies with industry standards and client requirements.
• Attend client meetings and act on feedback to uphold programme.
• Undertake site visits during construction and improve design outputs.
