Job summary

WSP is seeking Principal/Associate Mechanical Engineer to lead teams delivering mechanical building services designs for Railway Stations and other Railway Buildings across the UK and worldwide. You will oversee technical delivery, win work and engage with clients, with clear progression opportunities within a dynamic rail environment.

You will contribute to designs for heating, cooling, ventilation, and water systems, ensuring compliance with Building Regulations and rail standards.

Qualifications

• Experience of mechanical building services design in the Rail environment, including heating, cooling, hot and cold water, and ventilation.
• Chartership status with a UK Engineering Institution.
• Understanding of Network Rail and/or London Underground standards.
• Experience supervising design teams and delivering projects from concept to handover.
