Job summary

WSP in the UK & Ireland seeks an Associate Director MEP (Rail) to lead teams delivering Rail MEP building services for major projects, from concept to RIBA 4 / GRIP 5 stages. You will engage with clients and coordinate across multi-disciplinary teams on large-scale UK rail schemes.

You will report to the MEP Service Lead and join a diverse, globally connected group delivering prestigious rail projects with a strong commitment to sustainability and innovation.

Qualifications

• Experience leading MEP building services design teams in Rail environments during design and construction stages.
• Understanding of HS2, Network Rail and/or London Underground standards.
• Experience coordinating with clients and contractors during initial and detailed design and construction stages.

Responsibilities

• Lead Rail stations M&E design team.
• Liaise M&E design with Client/Contractors.
• Coordinate with WSP design team to resolve design issues.
