Job summary

WSP in the UK & Ireland is seeking graduates to join our Rail teams in 2027. You will support design, delivery and operation across signalling, telecoms, power, stations and digital engineering in the UK.

You will work with experienced engineers and specialists, contributing to multidisciplinary projects, developing BIM models, and solving complex engineering challenges while learning through our two-year Graduate Development Programme.

Qualifications

• 2:2 or higher in a relevant Master’s degree.
• Interest in rail infrastructure and transport systems.
• Willingness to start September 2027.
• Able to work with multidisciplinary teams across engineering disciplines.
• Demonstrates collaboration, curiosity and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Support development of technical designs and BIM models.
• Assist engineers with analyses, reports and drawings.
• Engage with clients and stakeholders to capture requirements.
