Job summary

WSP is seeking graduates to join our Intelligent Infrastructure teams in 2027 as part of our two-year Graduate Development Programme. You will work on projects that use data, digital technologies and innovative solutions to improve how infrastructure is planned, delivered and operated.

You will be supported by experienced consultants and engineers, gaining exposure to real-world challenges, and developing your skills across a range of infrastructure sectors.

Qualifications

• A 2:2 or above in a relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree.
• Interest in data, digital technology and infrastructure.
• Willing to start in April or September 2027.
• Curious, collaborative and motivated to solve complex challenges.
• Able to work with colleagues across project teams.
