Job summary

WSP in the UK & Ireland is launching its Intelligent Infrastructure Graduate Development Programme for 2027. Graduates will join multi-disciplinary teams to apply data, digital technologies and innovative solutions to improve planning, delivery and operation of infrastructure assets.

You will work with experienced consultants, engineers and digital specialists across cities like Bristol, London, Birmingham and more.

Qualifications

• 2:2 degree in a relevant field is required or on track
• Interest in digital technology, computer science, systems engineering, data or infrastructure
• Curious, collaborative and motivated to solve complex challenges
• Ownership of work and development while creating value for clients
• Active development of technical and digital skills across infrastructure sectors

Responsibilities

• Analyse data and develop digital solutions for infrastructure projects.
• Support asset management strategies using industry tools.
