WSP in the UK & Ireland is recruiting graduates for our Intelligent Infrastructure team for 2027. You will help harness data, digital technology and innovative solutions to improve the performance, sustainability and resilience of infrastructure assets, while being supported by experienced professionals.

The two-year Graduate Development Programme blends structured learning, mentoring and hands-on project experience, with opportunities across systems, cyber security, and transportation sectors

Qualifications

• You will have, or be on track to achieve, at least a 2:2 in a relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree.
• You will be looking to start work in April or September 2027.
• You will have an interest in digital technology, computer science, system engineering, data, infrastructure, human-centred design and using innovative solutions to improve how infrastructure is planned, delivered and operated.
• You will be curious, collaborative and motivated to solve complex challenges for clients.
• You will be comfortable working with others, sharing ideas and learning from different specialists across project teams.

Responsabilités

• Analyze data and develop digital solutions for infrastructure projects.
• Support asset management strategies and client engagement.
• Collaborate with engineers, consultants and stakeholders across teams.
