Job summary

WSP is recruiting graduates to join its Intelligent Infrastructure team in 2027. The role focuses on harnessing data, digital technology and innovative solutions to improve how infrastructure is planned, delivered and operated.

You will work with experienced consultants and engineers on real-world projects across multiple locations in the UK. The two-year Graduate Development Programme blends structured learning, mentoring and hands-on project experience to build your technical and professional

Qualifications

• You will have, or be on track to achieve, at least a 2:2 in a relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree.
• You will be looking to start work in April or September 2027.
• You will have an interest in digital technology, computer science, system engineering, data, infrastructure, human-centred design and using innovative solutions to improve how infrastructure is planned, delivered and operated.
• You will be curious, collaborative and motivated to solve complex challenges for clients.
• You will be comfortable working with others, sharing ideas and learning from different specialists across project teams.
• You will take ownership of your work and development while creating value for clients.
• You will actively seek opportunities to develop your technical and digital skills across a range of infrastructure sectors.
• You will be interested in using data, analytics and emerging technologies to improve the sustainability, resilience and performance of infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Analyse data and develop digital solutions for infrastructure projects.
• Support asset management strategies using industry-leading software and analytical tools.
