Responsibilities

• Manage project information lifecycle from creation to archival.
• Store, maintain and distribute documents per project procedures.
• Coordinate information flows between clients, contractors, designers and suppliers.
• Maintain document control systems ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
• Support engineering, design and project management teams with information management.
• Monitor submissions, reviews and approvals to meet deadlines.
• Track documentation status and information performance.
• Assist in improving information management processes and standards.
• Ensure compliance with company and project-specific document standards.
