York And Scarborough Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Radiology Services Administrator to join a busy, supportive team in YORK. The role focuses on clerical duties, patient pathways, and data reporting while maintaining strict confidentiality.

The successful candidate will work across radiology administrative processes, liaising with clinicians and patients, and ensuring bookings comply with RTT policies.

Qualifications

• Strong clerical and organisational abilities with attention to detail.
• Experience handling confidential information and data protection.
• Proven communication skills with patients and colleagues.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and patient administration systems.
• Experience in NHS or healthcare admin is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Maintain patient confidentiality in line with Trust guidelines.
• Process radiology administrative pathways and SOPs.
• Handle diary cancellations and support RTT guidelines.
• Record data to monitor waiting times and flag breaches.
• Ensure appointments are managed within waiting time targets.
• Assist patients at outpatient visits and address queries.
