Job summary

Torbay and South Devon NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Clerical Officer in Radiology to support the booking of diagnostic imaging appointments and related admin tasks. You will work in a multidisciplinary Radiology team, liaising with radiologists, radiographers and nurses to ensure smooth patient flow.

The role requires strong customer service, accuracy in record-keeping, and the ability to cover radiology call centre duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in working with the general public.
• Basic knowledge of computerised systems is required.
• Knowledge of the CRIS system used in radiology is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide a high-quality customer service in line with NHS standards.
• Assist with Radiology booking processes and referrals for diagnostic imaging.
• Maintain accurate patient records and use radiology IT systems effectively.
