Responsibilities

• Liaise with clinical staff regarding patient arrival times and safety information.
• Ability to receive enquiries by telephone, email and internal intercom systems.
• Use electronic systems CRIS and EPR to complete reception tasks accurately.
• Attend patients in real time for appointments and record and escalate queries.
• Conduct follow-up communications with patients who have failed to attend appointments and make courtesy calls.
• Monitor waiting room to ensure patients are accommodated promptly.
• Post and complete tasks within a professional, confidential environment.
• Note: post subject to a 6‑month probationary period.
