Responsibilities

• Greet all visitors to Reception in a helpful, polite, efficient manner.
• Register attendance for appointments using EPR with accurate demographics.
• Update demographics in line with data protection policies.
• Liaise with nursing staff to support reception operations.
• Direct visitors to departments when needed.
• Ensure clinic lists are up to date and DNAs are recorded.
• Arrange return transport for patients when requested.
• Maintain tidy reception area and communicate effectively.
• Participate in training and cover for absent colleagues.
