The post may involve working across sites and joining a rota; DBS checks and probation are part of the process for new starters. GCSEs, teamwork, and experience with hospital systems are essential.

Formación

• GCSEs A-C or equivalent qualification or experience.
• Ability to prioritise, work under pressure and work well as part of a team.
• Previous experience working within a team.

Responsabilidades

• Greeting patients and processing/outpatient and inpatient referrals and reception.
• Handle telephone queries in a calm, professional manner.
• Support radiology admin tasks and contribute to a seamless patient journey.
