Qualifications

  • Candidates must demonstrate working knowledge of hazardous waste operations.
  • Experience working with nuclear waste is beneficial but not required.
  • Candidates should be able to manipulate information using a database.

Responsibilities

  • Manage review, sentencing, recording, and consignment of radioactive waste.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to demonstrate compliance with waste acceptance criteria.
  • Ensure AWE remains compliant with permits and authorisations.
